Jason G. Bullard has been an advisor to small and medium-sized businesses since 2007. He began his accounting career at a local Reno, Nevada CPA firm that primarily served clients in the real estate and construction industries, many of whom were high net worth individuals who owned or invested in businesses in those sectors. Jason obtained his CPA license in 2009 and has maintained a focus on real estate investors and construction contractors. 

In 2010, Jason began assisting another local CPA, Pete Umphress, whose practice was almost entirely focused on construction contractors. Pete is well known in the Northern Nevada and Northern California areas for his deep expertise in construction accounting, as he has roots in the construction industry dating back to the late 1970s and has helped many contractors go from being startup companies to major construction enterprises. Jason and Pete developed a close working relationship that eventually led to a formal purchase of Pete’s accounting practice. 

Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tax Section and the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada. He is a past member of the Association of Builders and Contractors of Nevada and Associated General Contractors. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife, Kathyleen. Together, they enjoy serving their church family and their community through Mountainside Community Church in Reno, Nevada.
