Our Firm
Michael Edmonson and Jason Bullard both started their careers in Reno, Nevada and have a combined 30 years of experience in the practice of public accounting. They started the firm Edmonson Bullard & Co., Ltd. in 2018 to focus on providing business valuation, tax, and accounting services to individuals and businesses in Northern Nevada, primarily in the real estate and construction industries.
The practice is centered around three primary service lines:
- Income tax planning and tax return preparation
- Accounting and financial statement preparation
- Business valuations
The firm can assist in all matters involving tax planning and tax return preparation for any entity type – including corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, estates, trusts, and tax-exempt organizations. Planning services are wide ranging and include long-term strategic and succession planning and analysis of estate plans, gifting strategies, and trust instruments.
